I was camped off-trail and heating water for afternoon coffee,
when I first noticed this visitor. He was ambling away. By backtracking,
I found that he had passed within 25 or so yards of my camp,
without my notice. This sighting was 4:28 P.M.
I saw another BEAR --- larger and cinnamon-colored ---
about an hour later. - :)
